Custom Deer Processing

We take pride in custom Deer processing and are confident that no matter which of our award-winning products you choose to order, it will be done with the care and quality you deserve. We process year round! 

1.  Deer should be field dressed; a $30.00 fee will be assessed for deboning; a $30.00 fee will be assessed for Skin Out.

2.  Deer meat will be accepted fresh or frozen.

3.  Deer meat will be individually weighed, tagged with your name, telephone number, etc.

4.  The amount of pork that is added will depend on your personal preference.  It has been our experience that 1/2 and 1/2 makes a better product.  10 lbs. of deer meat plus the 10 lbs. of pork will give you 20 lbs. of total product.

5.  Meat not picked up within 30 days after notification becomes the property of Wenzel LoneStar Meat Co.

     BASIC GROUND:  Minimum of 10 lbs. per product.
     FRESH SAUSAGE:  Minimum of 20 lbs. per product.
     COOKED SAUSAGE:  Minimum of 20 lbs. per product.
     STIX:  Minimum of 10 lbs. per product.

Types of sausage made and prices are PER POUND. These pounds are based on green weight going into the grinder.
